Paul is a homegrown Tampa product graduating from Chamberlain High School in 1985 -- and making Tampa his home since 1968. He is Board Certified as an Expert in Criminal Trial Law and has been practicing in State and Federal Courts throughout Florida and nationally since 1992. In 2016, the Hillsborough County Bar Association awarded Paul its Kynes "In the Trenches" Award for excellence in criminal trial practice.
